6-Week Nutritional Guidance Program
The Nutrition Only program is a six week program that addresses the types and
amounts of food you need to eat each day to achieve your goals.  With over 30,000
diets listed with the Food and Drug Administration, it is hard to know what will work
for you and your body type.  Our goal is to educate you on the lifestyle alterations
that will benefit you throughout the rest of your life.

During your Nutrition Only program, you will work with a Personal Fitness Counselor
to establish a recommended food plan including foods you have chosen.  Weekly
meetings with your Fitness Professional will create accountability and provide an
opportunity for the monitoring of food intake and calorie expenditure.

Your initial visit will include food choices, body composition, circumference
measurements, body weight, and goal setting.  New educational topics will be
discussed weekly to assist you with your lifestyle alterations.  Each weekly session
will be about thirty minutes long.  The total price for this six week program is $169.00.
